On the Adobe Express homepage, select Video.

Learn how to combine videos and images to create a merged video.
Scroll down to the Video Quick Actions section and select Merge videos.
Browse for a video or image on your device.
Select Add media to add more images and videos.
Select the icons to mute, trim, fit screen, fill screen, duplicate, or delete a video.
Select Download.
