Problem
You may face issues loading videos in a published output of Adobe Captivate. The issue is browser and OS-independent.
The problem occurs if the video is not using the proper codecs.
Fix

Add the video for conversion.

Choose the option H.264 from the drop-down as shown below.
Choose the option Choose the option -
To start encoding, click Start Queue.

Once encoding finishes, go to the output folder, and insert the converted file into Captivate.
Publish the output and it should work fine.
