While downloading a trial version from Adobe.com using the Chrome browser, you get a blank screen with Submit button and the download never starts, as shown below:
The blank screen usually appears when there is an issue with the client machine browser certificates.
To fix the issue, perform the following steps:
- Try downloading the trial version of Adobe Captivate (2017 release) using other browsers like Internet explorer, EDGE, Mozilla Firefox, and so on.
- If the above step does not solve the issue, then download Adobe Captivate (2017 release) trial from the links mentioned in this document.
