Announcement: Reminder - Digital Publishing Suite (DPS) Will End of Life on August 31st. More details are available here.
The process to get an App accepted by the Apple Store involves a lot of precision. One step is to ensure the correct images are included. A Photoshop script is available to help you generate the necessary images, with the exact dimensions and names, required by the AEM Mobile Signing Tool.
In order to use this script you must have Photoshop installed.
Download the PhotoShop iOS script. The download is available from here:

The script needs to be renamed to have the JSX extension. Rename PhotoShopIOSAppImages.txt to PhotoShopIOSAppImages.jsx.
Finally, copy PhotoShopIOSAppImages.jsx to a location that you can remember.
To have the script automatically display in the Photoshop menu and not have to browse for it, place it in Photoshop’s “Scripts” folder (Presets\Scripts).
Start with a 1024px by 1024px image. It will be resized down to 20px by 20px, so a lot of detail may not be desired.
Load the original 1024px square image into Photoshop and ensure it is the active window.
In Photoshop, select File -> Scripts -> Browse...
In the file chooser, select PhotoShopIOSAppImages.jsx.
The following dialog will appear:
Click Generate Images.
The script will create a folder called iOSAppImages where the original 1024px image is located (if the subfolder does not already exist).
The script will create the necessary images for an iOS App. As of August 2018, that list includes 18 images, as follows:

When the script is complete, a dialog indicates how many images were created and the location of the new images.
Existing images will not be overwritten.
If you decide to overwrite some images with others, be sure the name and the dimensions are exactly the same as the image you are replacing. Apple requires identical names and dimensions for images.
