Transition of Adobe eBook platform to Harman - FAQs

Ongoing platform support and feature development for Adobe eBook Platform Components (Adobe Content Server, Reader Mobile SDK, and Adobe Digital Editions) is now being handled by Harman Connected Services, Inc., a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. As of July 2025, Adobe transitioned these responsibilities to Harman, including future releases and technical maintenance. Harman now manages and distributes any new updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and support requests directly.
