When you try to purchase a folio or subscription on an iPad, you get the error "Error during purchase. Please try again later." or "Cannot connect to store." It's possible this issue also applies to cases where the application reports the error, "Cannot Install Item. Please restart the app and download your purchase again."
Other variations of this solution, which appear to be successful, include the following:
- Log out in Settings > Store, then log back in from the same location. Then make your purchase.
- Instead of tapping Sign Out button, type the iForgot button and reset your password. Then log back in and make your purchase.
