An internal error occurs when you publish a folio.

Folio Producer publish commands fail with the error, "An error has occurred while trying to publish your folio. We could not start this operation. Please try again later."

Contact Adobe DPS Enterprise Support using the contact information on the DPS dashboard.

The contact page is the first page you see when logged in to http://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com. Provide them with the Adobe ID being used in the attempt to publish the folio.

Additional information

One possible cause for this error is that the account has been restricted from publishing. DPS Enterprise Support can review your account to see whether your account is restricted, and assist in finding a solution.
