On the Acrobat on the web homepage, select Edit > Extract pages.

Learn to extract pages from a PDF and save them as a separate PDF.
Choose Select files and browse on your device to upload the PDF you'd like to extract the pages from.
Select the pages you want to extract.
Select Extract.
The extracted pages are automatically saved to Adobe cloud storage as a new PDF.
