Convert a trial to a paid membership

Your Adobe Creative Cloud trial membership starts on the day you install the app, and each app has its own trial version. You can convert your trial to a paid membership during the trial period or after the trial has expired.

  1. Go to and click Sign in in the top navigation bar. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

    If you are already signed in, click your name in the top navigation bar.

    The account management pane appears.


    Be sure to use the same Adobe ID that you used when you installed your trial apps.

  2. Click Choose a plan.

  3. Choose a membership plan and click Buy Now.

  4. Review the membership details and click Accept Terms & Conditions.

  5. Enter your payment information and click Continue. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Convert an expired trial to a paid membership

  1. Click the Creative Cloud icon, located in the taskbar (Windows) or Apple menu bar (Mac OS), to open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

    If you don’t see the Creative Cloud icon, launch the Creative Cloud desktop app as follows:

    • Windows: Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Mac OS: Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. In the Apps panel, click Buy Now next to any expired app. Then follow the onscreen instructions to choose a plan and purchase a Creative Cloud membership.
