Internal error appears on launch of Elements Organizer | Windows

The following error dialog box appears when you try to launch Elements Organizer. This issue is seen in Elements Organizer that is downloaded from the Windows Store.

The affected version is Windows 10 Version 1903 (OS Build18950.1000).

To verify the version of Windows 10 on your machine, do the following steps:

1. Press Window key + R.

2. Type winver and press Enter.

You can then view your Windows version.

Solution

Update your Windows to the latest available version.

To update Windows, do the following: 

1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.   

2. Select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
