On the Lightroom on the web homepage, select Add icon in the Album panel.

Follow along with any project to learn how to create albums.
Select Create Album.
In the dialog box that appears, specify a name for the album, and then select Create.
Open the folder you created in the Albums panel and upload photos from your device or select Import from Google Photos.
Once the upload finishes, select Finish.
