On the Acrobat on the web homepage, select Documents.

Learn how to track agreements that are in progress.
From the left pane, select Shared by you.
From the list of documents, select the checkbox for the agreement that you want to track.
In the right pane, view information related to the agreement. You can see the following information:
- Agreement status
- Expiration date
- Date and time of creation
- Activity status of each recipient
- Activity report of the agreement
