Serialize Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements with a serial number using the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition (APTEE) tool.

Follow the steps below to serialize Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements with a different serial number using the APTEE tool (Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition):

This will serialize the product and will not ask for Sign-in on the launch of Editors, and on looking into the Help menu, the user ID will be displayed as xyz@adobe.com.
Note:
The return code for this command may be 0 or 29. Return Code 0 indicates license activated successfully.

How to Suppress EULA after serializing the applications using the above-mentioned steps.
The above steps will serialize the product and will not ask for Sign-in or a Serial Number on launch of Editor, but if a user launch Elements organizer, then EULA will be displayed.
In case admin has accepted the end-user license agreement (EULA) on behalf of his organization so that end users do not have to perform that task, please use following command to suppress end-user license agreement (EULA) in EO after serializing the products using the above Commands.
Command:
Windows: “adobe_prtk --tool=EULA --leid=<LEID for EO> --eulasuppress”
Mac: “Sudo adobe_prtk --tool=EULA --leid=<LEID for EO> --eulasuppress”
