Log in to TBW
TBW is part of the Learn Content Portal (LCP). You need an LCP login to create tutorials in TBW. Once logged in, look under My content for your in-progress or published tutorials. If you work across various surfaces and products, utilize filters to locate specific tutorials.
To receive user permissions to use TBW, contact Sandeep Kulka. Sandeep is our Senior Product Manager, Content Partnerships, you can email him at sandeepkulka@adobe.com.
1. Log in to LCP
- Go to https://lcp.adobe.com/
- Log in to LCP and select Personal Account.
- A personal account is the only type of account that can log in to TBW.
- If you have trouble logging in, try logging out and logging back in to select the Personal Account option.
- If you do not have a type 1 personal account, create one for free.
- Go to https://www.adobe.com/ and create a free personal account.
- You can use any email address of your choice to create this account, but it must be linked to a T1 Adobe ID.
2. Your content
- Go to your content
- Content I'm authoring contains all your drafts currently in progress.
- Content in curation encompasses all your tutorials under review by a Curator.
- All published content includes all of your published tutorials.
Roles:
1. Author
- Creates tutorials or templates
- Edits and updates tutorials based on feedback from the Curator
2. Curator
- Reviews tutorials or templates and provides feedback to the Author
- Checks for basic usability
- Reviews the structure of the tutorial or templates
- Copyediting
- Approves tutorials or templates and sends to QE
3. QE
- Tests tutorials
- Reports issues to Curator
- Provides QE approval
