Error code A12E5 while installing Acrobat or updating the Creative Cloud desktop app
When installing Acrobat or updating the Creative Cloud desktop app, you receive the following error message: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with the download process (Error code: A12E5)".
This error occurs during the download and extraction portion of the installation process.
