User info files are corrupted or damaged

If you installed Creative Cloud apps, they may not appear as installed apps in the Apps tab. Alternatively, the apps may appear as installed, but they won’t appear in the Start menu or the Application folder. This usually happens due to an issue with user info files in your system.
