Can't find updates in Creative Cloud desktop app

Learn what to do if you cannot see available updates in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Note

If you have a work or school account and can't view available updates, contact your team administrator or IT department. Your organization may restrict update access for individual users.

Device does not meet the minimum technical requirements

To run Creative Cloud apps, your device and operating system should meet the minimum technical requirements. To avoid this issue, ensure your device meets the minimum technical requirements for Creative Cloud.

Manual updates have not been checked recently

If auto-updates have not been enabled on your Creative Cloud desktop app, you may need to manually check for updates. If you're not using the latest version, you'll be prompted to update it first. Select Update if prompted.

In the Updates screen, select Check for updates.

If updates are available, select Update next to the apps you want to update.

Account synchronization issues
