Learn how to export your video in Premiere on iPhone with the resolution, frame rate, and quality settings that suit your project.
Exporting lets you finalize your edits and create a video file ready for sharing or saving. You can choose settings like resolution, frame rate, quality, and format to match your needs while keeping track of the file size.
Select your preferred Resolution from 720p, 1080p, or 4K based on the clarity you want.
Choose the Frame rate from 24, 25, 30, or 60 frames per second depending on how smooth you want the video to be.
Pick the Quality setting – Low, Medium, or High – to balance video detail and file size.
Toggle the HDR option if you want to enhance color and contrast.
Review the Estimated file size before exporting. When done, tap Export video to save or share your final video.
Higher resolution and frame rate give sharper and smoother videos, but may increase file size.
