When you remove a keyframe, Premiere updates the animation between the remaining keyframes. If only one keyframe remains, the animation is removed entirely.
You can delete individual keyframes or remove motion from a clip as you refine your edit.
Select the keyframe you wish to remove.
Select Keyframe icon in the timeline controls.
