This resource is designed to inform and educate our contributors about common subjects whose image may not be acceptable due to intellectual property, privacy, and/or private property rights. The information presented here is updated periodically, not all-inclusive, and not intended to be a complete nor accurate understanding of all applicable IP issues, which may differ depending on how a subject is depicted (e.g., incidental inclusion, context, location of shoot). Please consult your legal counsel on specific legal questions.
