You can upgrade your Adobe Technical Communication Suite to the latest version (2017 release) if you have an active subscription of Adobe Technical Communication Suite.

  1. Uninstall the existing version of Adobe Technical Communication Suite from your computer.

    1. Go to Control Panel > Program and Features.
    2. Locate Adobe Technical Communication Suite in the list of installed applications.
    3. Right-click Adobe Technical Communication Suite and click Uninstall.
  2. Download the following files and save them in the same folder:

    Note:

    Ensure that both the files (.7z and .exe) are saved in the same folder.

    If you do not save the files in the same folder, an error message appears during the installation. For example, "Windows cannot open this file" or "The file archive part of Adobe [product name] is missing."

  3. Double-click the .exe file from the saved folder and follow the onscreen instructions.

  4. Sign in using your Adobe ID that you used to purchase the Adobe Technical Communication Suite subscription.

  5. After successful validation of your Adobe ID, proceed further with the onscreen instructions to install Technical Communication Suite.
