To access a shared file, go to Home, select the menu icon, the select Your stuff > Yours > Shared with you.
Select Comment .
To pin the comment on the file, select the pin icon, and then select the place where you want to drop the pin.
To tag a collaborator, type an @ sign followed by the name or email address.
Select the send icon icon to post the comment.
