Plan details that govern how you may use your Adobe Stock Unlimited Plan, and actions Adobe Stock may take if plan misuse is suspected.
This Unlimited Plan Usage section applies to any Stock subscription plan labeled as “Unlimited”, and is incorporated by reference into the Adobe Stock Product Specific Terms.
Unlimited Plan subscriptions may be terminated, suspended, or throttled pursuant to 9.4(C)(2) of the Adobe Stock Product Specific Terms if Adobe has reason to believe the subscriber is engaging in activity including, but not limited to, the following:
- Sharing Unlimited Plan subscription credentials, or otherwise permitting access, to the Unlimited subscription to any other individual or entity other than the named subscriber
- Use of automated scripts, bots, or similar technology to access or download content
- Downloading and distribution of content by the named subscriber to any other person or entity in a manner that exceeds the scope of the license (e.g., downloading content for another person or entity to use standalone)
- Downloading assets for storage or future use unrelated to a present project
- Use of the Unlimited Plan subscription to engage in behavior that artificially inflates the download counts of any Adobe Stock Contributor
- Stockpiling. A daily download volume exceeding one hundred (100) assets, or similar bulk downloading, may be considered evidence of stockpiling
Adobe reserves the right to take remedial actions in response to suspected stockpiling or misuse, including:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the Unlimited Plan subscription
- Throttling or limiting download activity
- Termination of the Subscriber’s account and/or access to Adobe Stock services
- Pursuit of additional legal remedies under the Adobe Stock Product Specific Terms and/or applicable law
