On the Lightroom on the web homepage, select All Photos.

Select an image to open it in detail view, and then select Crop & Rotate .
Select a pre-defined Aspect Ratio or select Custom to set your dimensions from the drop-down list.
Adjust the Straighten slider to realign an image vertically or horizontally in the Crop panel.
Select Share .
