Three types of downloads are available from Adobe.com:
- Current versions of products for purchase
- Trial downloads
- Previous versions of software purchased via electronic software download (ESD)
Important: If you purchased a previous version of an Adobe software product on disc, you cannot download it at Adobe.com.
Log in to your Adobe account to download your software.
Go to the
Adobe Store for your country and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Click My Orders and then My Order History.
Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
Start the download by doing one of the following:
- Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.

A history of your ESD purchases from the Adobe Store is available in your Adobe account.
Go to the
Adobe Store for your country and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Click My Orders and then click Your Downloads.
Click Download for the product you want to download, and then do one of the following:
- Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.
Important: Back up your downloaded software to offline media, such as a DVD or network drive. With a backup, you have continued access to your software if it is unavailable from Adobe.com.
