You can print a portion of a page in a PDF. Use the Take a snapshot tool to select the area you want to print. The area can be text, graphics, or both. You can print the selected area full size or resize it to fit the paper.

Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

(Windows) Select the hamburger menu in the upper left. Then select Undo, Redo & more.
(macOS) Select Edit in the upper left. Then select Undo, Redo and More

Drag a rectangle around the area you want to print.

Select Print this file from the upper right.

In the Print dialog box, choose Selected graphic under the Pages to Print > More Options section.

(Optional) To enlarge the selected text or graphic to fit the sheet of paper, choose Fit under the Page Sizing & Handling section.

Select Print.
