Use AI-powered media intelligence in Premiere desktop to automatically detect and censor explicit language in dialogue tracks. With bulk mute or bleep, you can clean up audio across a clip, saving hours of manual editing.

Transcribe your sequence to generate a text transcript of the dialogue.

In the Text panel, select the More options icon, and select Censored word list.

Under the Censored word list dialog box, add words to find in a sequence transcript in order to apply effect over them.

Add words to the Censored word list to flag and censor them in the sequence transcript.

Tip

You can also Import word list  or Export word list  from the dialog box.

Select the Filter dropdown and select Censored words to display the flagged words.

Under the Apply dropdown, choose a censorship tone, and apply it to a single or all detected instances.
