VIP Marketplace discount levels

Learn how to save more as a VIP Marketplace Member when your organization qualifies for volume discounts.

When your organization purchases 10 or more licenses during a license term, it becomes eligible for a discount level and any associated volume discounts. The discount level may increase as you purchase more licenses, as shown below:

Discount levels for Sign Transactions are called tiers and are counted separately from named user license quantities.

Ways to qualify for discount levels

• Qualify for a discount level with a single purchase: As a VIP Marketplace member with fewer than 10 licenses, you can automatically qualify for a discount level with a single order of 10 or more licenses. Place an order for the minimum license quantity at the corresponding discount level, and your membership will be automatically set up.
• Qualify for a discount level at renewal: You can qualify for a discount level with your renewal order. Your discount level is automatically determined based on the licenses renewed in your renewal order. If your renewal total is 10 licenses or more, then that renewal order and subsequent orders of any size qualify for the discount level earned at renewal. You can add more licenses to achieve higher discount levels.

Most licenses qualify for volume discounts in VIP Marketplace, except the following:

• Acrobat Studio Educator/Staff for K12
• Creative Cloud for enterprise All Apps K-12 School Site License
• Creative Cloud Pro Plus Educator/Staff for K12
• Creative Cloud Pro Plus for Students

Offers that don't contribute to achieving discount levels

Most licenses count toward obtaining VIP Marketplace discount levels or meeting a Member’s 3-year minimum number of licenses commitment, except the following:

• Consumables (including Adobe Acrobat Sign Transactions, Adobe Stock Subscription, Adobe Stock Credit Packs, and Document Cloud Services APIs)
• Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024
• Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions Subscription for Government
• Adobe Express for Education
• Adobe Firefly
• Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 and Premiere Elements 2025
• AI Assistant for Acrobat

Offer with a unique volume discount structure (Acrobat Sign)

Adobe Acrobat Sign Transactions have a separate volume discount structure, including discount levels for a 3-year commitment. Transaction discount levels, or tiers, are calculated independently of a customer’s VIP Marketplace discount level.
