Contact your reseller to request membership and receive your VIP ID for license management.
Organizations of any size can enroll for VIP Marketplace, starting from small teams ordering a few licenses to large departments managing extensive deployments.
Before you begin
Have the following information before enrollment:
- Market segment: Commercial, Government, or Education
- Official organization or institute name
- Organization address
- Designated VIP Marketplace Administrator's name and email address
- Adobe ID for the designated administrator
The enrollment process is managed by your reseller, who sends the official invitation to your designated administrator for acceptance. You can enroll when placing your first order or in advance of purchasing licenses.
Note
Some organizations purchase VIP Marketplace licenses directly from Adobe. In these cases, “reseller” refers to your Adobe Account Manager.
If you are currently a member of the Value Incentive Plan, your reseller can help you move seamlessly to VIP Marketplace to benefit from features like automatic renewal.
Manage your VIP ID
Your VIP ID is a confidential and unique identifier for your organization's VIP Marketplace membership. Keep this number accessible for all future orders and account inquiries with your reseller.
Place initial order
After enrollment, you can then place your initial order directly with your reseller at the time of enrollment or later. Your initial order date determines the Anniversary Date.
Start enrollment
Designate a VIP Marketplace Admin to manage licenses and users.
Assign an Adobe ID to the assigned VIP Marketplace admin to associate with the VIP ID. This is the first person with access to the Admin Console who will manage the licenses and users.
Verify that the official VIP Marketplace invitation is sent by your reseller to your organization's administrator.
The VIP Marketplace Admin will receive the official invitation to VIP Marketplace and a VIP ID via email. Review the terms and conditions before accepting the invite.
Add licenses and place your initial order. You can add licenses through your reseller or through the Admin Console at any time. If you add licenses through the Admin Console, an order must be placed with Adobe within seven days.
Note
Adding licenses in the Admin Console may not be available for all products. Contact your reseller to confirm which purchase methods are supported for your specific product needs.
