Why providing feedback is important

Providing feedback on AI-generated text is essential because it helps the system learn your writing style, audience needs, and tone preferences. When you share what works well and what doesn’t, the AI continuously improves, leading to more accurate, relevant, and polished outputs over time. By participating in this process, you make the feature smarter and better suited to your workflow.

To make the most of this improvement process, follow these steps:

  1. Select a text on a slide and generate text using custom or quick prompts. 

  2. Select the ellipsis   below the generated output.

    Access feedback options by selecting the ellipsis near any AI-generated text to help improve future outputs.

  3. Choose thumbs up   for satisfactory results or thumbs down   for unsatisfactory results.

  4. Include more details about what aspects of the output were successful and which areas could be improved.

  5. Submit your feedback to improve future AI-generated outputs.
