导出视频帧

您可以从视频剪辑中抓取单个帧用作当前影片中的静止图像，或者存储为硬盘上的静止图像以便用于其他位置。例如，您可以在影片中使用静止图像，以显示开始某个动作的字符，然后停止中间动作并冻结在屏幕上。

  1. 在快速视图时间轴或专家视图时间轴中选择剪辑。
  2. 在快速视图时间轴或专家视图时间轴中，将当前时间指示器拖到您要抓取的帧。

    “监视器”面板在当前时间指示器的位置处显示此帧。

  3. 在操作栏中单击“工具”，并选择“工具”面板中的“冻结帧”选项。

    此帧将出现在“冻结帧”窗口中。

    注意:

    如果安装了 Adobe Photoshop Elements 并且想在 Photoshop Elements 中编辑静止图像，请选择“插入后在 Photoshop Elements 中编辑”。

  4. 执行下列操作之一：

    • 要将帧导出为静止图像文件，请单击“导出”。在“导出帧”对话框中，为此图像文件提供名称和位置，然后单击“保存”。

    • 要将此帧作为静止图像直接插入到影片的当前时间指示器处，请单击“在影片中插入”。

播放然后定格帧（或定格然后播放）

  • 要使视频从静止图像开始，然后再开始播放，请单击操作栏中的“工具”并选择“冻结帧”选项。根据帧创建静止图像，然后将静止图像插入到原始帧的位置。
