Issue

In Lightroom for mobile app, the account information (below your Account name and Adobe ID) in the Settings menu either indicates your subscription status as Subscription Expired/Trial Expired or doesn't show any subscription status if you've created a new free account, even though you've already purchased a paid subscription (via in-app purchase).  

You can't access the Premium features.

Solution

For iOS devices

  1. Launch the Lightroom app on your mobile device.

  2. Do any of the following to access the Settings menu:

    • If you're in the Albums view, tap the settings icon () at the upper-right corner of the screen.
    • If you're in the Grid view or Loupe view, tap the three-dots icon at the upper-right corner of the screen, and choose Settings from the pop-up menu. 
  3. In the Settings menu, tap the (>) icon displayed next to your Account name and Adobe ID.

  4. In the Accounts screen, tap Restore Purchases.

The issue should now be resolved.

For Android mobile devices

  1. Launch the Lightroom app on your mobile device.

  2. Try to access any of the Premium features in the app such as Search, Selective adjustmentsHealing Brush, or other options.

  3. In the next screen that appears, tap Upgrade Now to reinitiate the purchase workflow.

    Forsigtig:

    Ensure that you've typed in the correct Gmail and Adobe ID. 

The issue should now be resolved.
