No new notifications after clicking the red badge

When you see a red badge next to the Creative Cloud desktop app icon indicating that you have new notifications and go to the Home tab, you do not see any new notifications.

This happens only when you click the red badge for the first time and go to the Home tab for new notifications. After that, the red badge appears only when you receive new notifications.
