Insert or replace objects

Open Firefly on mobile. 

Upload an image or select image from the gallery.

Select Generative fill.

Tap Upload image to upload an image in which you want to insert or replace objects.

Tap Insert and brush over the area where you'd like to replace an existing element or place the new one.

Add a detailed description in the Prompt field explaining what you want to add.

Tap the Generate  icon.

Choose an image from the generated results or tap More to generate new variations.

Tap Keep to continue with the selected image or tap Cancel to discard the variations.

Tap Export icon to download the image or open it in Adobe Express for further editing.

Open Firefly on mobile. 

On the homepage, go to Generative fill and select an image from your local device.

Tap the Brush tool and brush over the area where you'd like to add a new element or replace an existing one.

Select the add icon   to add and object, and the subtract icon   to remove or replace an object.

Once done, select the check icon    to confirm your selection, or the reset icon   to use the Brush tool again.

Add a detailed description in the Prompt field explaining how you wish to alter the image; meaning, what you want to add or replace within the image

Tap the Generate  icon.

Choose an image from the generated results and select the Save icon   to save the selected image to your device.

To continue editing the image, select Adjust settings or Modify. Select Open In to open the image with Adobe Express, Photoshop, or Premiere.
