Import and export presets

Download the preset files to your mobile device or cloud storage.

Open Lightroom on mobile and select a photo to enter the detail view.

Select Presets from the Edit panel.

Select Yours > Options menu, and then select Import Presets.

Navigate to the location where you saved the preset files, select the file you want to import, and then select Select.

In the Presets panel, select Yours > User Presets to access your imported presets.

Open a photo in the Detail view and apply edits you want to save as a preset, using the Edit panel.

Select Share , and then select Export as from the Share panel.

In the Export as panel, select Preset from the Settings drop-down menu.

In the File Type field, select DNG.

Select the Done to start exporting.

Download the preset files to your mobile device or cloud storage.

Open Lightroom on mobile and select a photo to open it in the Detail view.

Select Presets from the Edit panel.

Select the Options menu, and then select Import Presets.

Navigate to the location where you saved the preset files, select the file you want to import, and then select Select.

In the Presets panel, select Yours > User Presets to access your imported presets.

Open a photo in the Detail view and apply edits you want to save as a preset, using the Edit panel.

Select Share , and then select Export as from the Share panel.

In the Export as panel, select Preset from the Settings drop-down menu.

In the File Type field, select DNG.

Select the More Options menu, and manage the following settings as needed:

• Include Metadata: Select the metadata to include in the exported file, such as Camera & Camera Raw Info and Location Info.
• File Naming: Select how you want to name the exported file. You can keep the Original file name, add a Custom Name, or a Date-Filename combination.

Copyright info is always included when sharing a preset.

Select the Done to start exporting.

Once the export is complete, select OK.
