Issue
When you launch Elements Organizer on Windows OS, you get the following error message:
DirectX could not be initialized
Solution
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Click Turn Windows features on or off.
In the Windows Features dialog box expand the Legacy Components option, and select DirectPlay.
Launch Elements Organizer.
