Follow along with any project to learn how to retouch images.

Liquify

On the Photoshop on the web homepage, select Upload file and browse for a file on your device.

Select Retouch > Liquify  .

The Retouch panel shows the highlighted Liquify tool, which is used to distort, retouch, and enhance images.
Select Liquify to explore tools like Warp, Reconstruct, and more for transforming the image.

In the Liquify panel, select a tool based on the effect you want to apply:

  • Warp: Distorts pixels by pushing or pulling them in the direction you drag.
  • Reconstruct: Reverses the distortion you’ve already added, as you hold down the mouse button and drag.
  • Smooth: Softens or reduces distortions in the affected area.
  • Twirl: Rotates pixels clockwise or counterclockwise around the brush center.
  • Pucker: Moves pixels toward the center of the brush area as you hold down the mouse button or drag.
  • Bloat: Moves pixels away from the center of the brush area as you hold down the mouse button or drag.
  • Push: Moves pixels in the direction you drag.

Select Advanced settings to access more options for customizing the selected tool.

Brush over the image to apply the desired effect.

Select Done.
