Learn to navigate multiple clips in the Source Monitor using keyboard shortcuts.

You can set keyboard shortcuts to navigate multiple clips loaded into Source Monitor. Keyboard shortcuts allow you to toggle between clips, skip to the first or last clip, or close one or all the clips in the Source Monitor pop-up menu.

Select Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts (Windows) or Premiere Pro > Keyboard Shortcuts (macOS).

In the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, expand the Commands list and Source Monitor Panel to reveal its keyboard shortcuts.

Select any of the following commands and set keyboard shortcuts:

In the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, the Source Monitor panel is selected. Under Commands, functions such as Source Clip: Close, Source Clip: Close All, and others are listed. — Assign keyboard shortcuts to commands such as Source Clip: Close, Source Clip: Close All, and others found under the Source Monitor panel in the Commands list.

Source clip: Close
Source clip: Close All
Source clip: First
Source clip: Last
Source clip: Next
Source clip: Previous

Select OK.
