Best practices for uploading video files:
- If you have issues uploading, try using H.264 MP4 format with AAC audio for best compatibility.

When downloading from Enhance Speech, we do not convert the format. Whatever format you import, you'll receive back in the download. For example, if you import a .mp3 file, you'll get back an .mp3 file.
