Issue

When you launch Elements Organizer on Windows OS, you get the following error message:

DirectX could not be initialized

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Windows Features.

Click Turn Windows features on or off.

In the Windows Features dialog box expand the Legacy Components option, and select DirectPlay.

Launch Elements Organizer.

Automatic people recognition is disabled
