    AcroCEF.exe/RdrCEF.exe sunt procese inseparabile ale Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader. Acestea gestionează diverse aspecte integrate ale aplicației, precum interacțiunea prin rețea și serviciile Document Cloud (Completare și semnare, Trimitere spre semnare, Partajare pentru vizualizare/revizuire etc.).     Dacă aceste procese nu funcționează corect, se afișează un mesaj de eroare în timp ce se utilizează oricare dintre serviciile dependente de procese.

    Pentru a soluționa problema, încercați următoarele soluții în ordinea în care apar mai jos.
     

    Soluția 1: Reporniți Acrobat/Acrobat Reader

    Ieșiți din Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader și relansați aplicația.

    Soluția 2: treceți procesele AcroCEF/RdrCEF în lista albă din software-ul dvs. antivirus

    Software-ul antivirus poate perturba sau bloca procesele AcroCEF/RdrCEF. Procesele se află în folderul AcroCEF. Adăugați folderul la lista de excepții a software-ului dvs. antivirus.

    Notă:

    Pașii de mai jos explică modul în care se adaugă excepții la software-ul antivirus Avast. Dacă utilizați diferite programe antivirus, urmați instrucțiunile de pe site-ul respectiv și adăugați folderul AcroCEF la lista de excepții.

    1. Deschideți antivirusul Avast. Faceți clic pe Meniu și apoi pe Setări.

    2. Faceți clic pe Generale > Excepții, apoi faceți clic pe Adăugare excepție.

    3. Adăugați calea folderului AcroCEF ca mai jos:

      • Pentru Adobe Acrobat: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat\Acrobat\AcroCEF
      • Pentru Acrobat Reader:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\Reader\AcroCEF
      Calea către folderul AcroCEF

    4. Faceți clic pe Adăugare excepție. Folderul AcroCEF este acum în lista albă.

    Soluția 3: Reparați instalarea Acrobat/Acrobat Reader

    1. Deschideți aplicația.

    2. Din meniul aplicației, faceți clic pe Ajutor > Reparare instalare.

      După finalizarea procesului de reparare, reporniți-vă computerul.

    Soluția 4: Dezinstalați și reinstalați Acrobat/Acrobat Reader

    Uneori puteți soluționa eroarea dezinstalând și reinstalând Acrobat.

    1. Dezinstalați Acrobat/Acroat Reader de pe computerul dvs.:

      1. Deschideți caseta de comandă Rulare apăsând tasta Windows și tasta R.
      2. În casetă, tastați Panou de control și faceți clic pe OK.
      3. În Panoul de control selectați Programe și caracteristici, iar apoi selectați Acrobat/Acrobat Reader din lista de programe instalate.
      4. Faceți clic pe Dezinstalareși urmați mesajele pentru a dezinstala Acrobat/Acrobat Reader.

    2. Reinstalați cea mai recentă versiune Acrobat/Acrobat Reader pe computerul dvs.:

      1. Accesați pagina Descărcări Adobe Readerși faceți clic pe Descărcare Acrobat Reader.
      2. Permiteți Asistentului de descărcare suficient timp pentru a descărca toate fișierele de instalare necesare. Apoi urmați mesajele pentru instalarea Reader.
