Serial number has expired
If you see the message below, your serial key has expired. You can either procure a new serial key or contact Adobe support for more information.
Incorrect Serial Key used
You can see the message below, if you’ve entered an incorrect serial key. Use the correct key. If you are unable to locate the correct key, contact Captivate support.
