Issue

Image previews and thumbnails look tiled or broken on Windows when you use Lightroom or Camera Raw to adjust your images. This problem occurs with recent drivers from NVIDIA (369.x to 374.x).

Solution

Visit the NVIDIA website and update your NVIDIA driver to v375.86.
