On the Photoshop on mobile homescreen, select Create new and then select an option for creating or importing an image.

Efficiently rearrange layers in Adobe Photoshop on mobile to organize the workflow.
Select Add image to add a secondary image in a new layer.
Open the Layers panel to select the layer you want to rearrange.
Long press the selected layer and drag it to its new position in the layer stack.
Poznámka:
- To reorder layers, you can also select a layer in the compact layer stack and choose Move up or Move down from the flyout menu.
- You need at least two layers in the layer stack to use the Move up and Move down options.
