- The current and previous versions of the available products are supported. For example, for Adobe Captivate the currently supported versions are Captivate 2019 and 2017. This would change as and when the newer versions are released.
- ** For all server products (that is, RoboHelp Server & FrameMaker Publishing Server), there are specific dates as to when support is provided. To get more information on the same, see Products and technical support periods.
