Open Devices and Printers on Windows:

1. Press Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog.
2. Type control printers, and then select OK.
   

The Devices and Printers window is displayed.

Under Printers, right-click Adobe PDF and choose Printing Preferences.

The Adobe PDF Printing Preferences dialog is displayed. 

In the dialog, do the following:

1. Select the Adobe PDF Output Folder list, and choose Documents\*.pdf. 
   (To choose another folder, select Browse, and navigate to the desired folder.) 
2. Select the Replace Existing PDF list, and choose Never.
3. Click OK.

You can use Print as Adobe PDF from any app, for example, browsers or Microsoft 365 apps, and save multiple PDFs.

Launch Acrobat.

Navigate to Tools > Combine Files, and do the following: 

1. Select Add Files, navigate to the folder, and select the files.
2. In the Combine Files toolbar, select Options.
3. In the Options dialog, select the Always delete source files after combining and confirm.
4. Select Combine.
