Save documents as PDFs

Learn how to quickly save documents and files as PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
Windows
In the Print dialog box, choose Adobe PDF from the Printer dropdown.
Select Print.
Enter a file name and choose a save location.
Select Save.
macOS
Select File > Save As.
In the Print dialog box, select Printer.
Select Yes when prompted.
Select PDF at the bottom of the dialog box.
Enter a file name and choose a save location.
Select Save.
