Learn how to create print presets in Adobe Acrobat that allow you to save frequently used print settings for quick access.
Windows
In the dialog box that opens, select the Advanced tab.
Adjust the following options under Print Dialog Presets as needed:
- Page Scaling: Choose how to scale pages when printing.
- DuplexMode: Select single or double-sided printing options.
- Paper Source by Page Size: Determine output tray based on PDF page size.
- Print Page Range: Specify default page ranges to print.
- Number of Copies: Set a default number of copies.
Select OK.
macOS
Select File > Document Properties.
