On the Lightroom on the web homepage, select All Photos.

When you delete a photo, it's deleted from your Lightroom photos, all synced devices, albums, and shared galleries. You can access and restore deleted photos within 30 days of deleting them.
In the All Photos view or when you open an album, select the photo.
Select Delete from the blue bar.
