Acrobat or Reader 11.0.x crash during a text search on Mac OS

The following issue only appears when the following is true:

• Macintosh 10.9.2 (Mavericks)
• Acrobat or Reader 11.0 to 11.0.06 (Fixed in 11.0.07)
• The Find box is open in a multi-page document
• You navigate across a page boundary

With the Macintosh 10.9.2 update, Acrobat and Reader 11.0-11.0.06 both crash when the Find box is open and you use any method of changing the current page. For example, using the scroll bar, bookmarks, or clicking any advanced search result that links to a different page. In this case, the following error appears:

Solution

Choose Help > Check for Updates, and install 11.0.07.
